Selection of the postal service depends on different factors such as prompt delivery estimate, availability, and cost etc.
Shipments usually receive within 1-5 business days for delivery within VIC, NSW, QLD and SA. It can take additional 2-5 business days for WA, NT and some regional areas of VIC, NSW, QLD and SA.

We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. During busy sale periods there may be a delay in processing your order due to an increase in order volumes. Although, we inform our customers if any unusual delay is expected.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Victorian Public Holidays.
Once your parcel has left our warehouse, we have no control over it. Jarri Lights is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Delays can occur due to busy holiday periods, public holidays and extreme weather.
Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee a delivery date, it depends on courier service.

We charge flat rate for shipping; this flat rate is different for various products depends on their weight and volume.

By default, we choose the option of Leave At Safe Location, to courier services. If you do not want to choose this, please write in the order note.
If your item is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by yourself or unavailable receiver, you may be liable for additional postage costs.
