Consumer Guarantees and Missing/Damaged/Incorrect Items
Here at Jarri Lights we take pride in our service and we endeavour to send out every order correct and complete, as well as quickly. We are happy to help you to ensure you have a good shopping experience with us. If you believe your product is faulty or damaged, you can contact us to resolve:
- As you receive the delivery, please check package carefully prior sign for it. You may refuse delivery of the package by requesting to inspect the goods and notifying the driver of the damage (if any) prior to signing for the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will replace it for you. If you refuse delivery, please notify us within 7 days so that we can expect the return.
- Any faults or damages must be reported within 7 days from delivery date. All returns must be authorised by us prior to their return. Such returns must be received by us in its original condition and packaging within 14 business days from this date. We will not accept returns of products that have been improperly assembled or modified. Buyer is responsible for the return of the item and associated shipping and/or handling costs.
- If you change your mind or make an incorrect choice, we will refund you within 14 days of delivery for unopened products, not damaged or altered in any way. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Any claim after 14 days shall be taken as change of mind after cool down period.
- All original shipping cost are non-refundable.
- Please DO NOT temper with the product in any way
- Due to limitations in photography, the colors shown in the photographs may not correspond 100% to those in the items themselves. All pictures contained within this listing are for illustration purposes only.
- We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the misuse or rough handle, so please contact us if you are unsure of how to assemble/install or use an item. Our entire liability to you or any third parties under any circumstances is limited to the sale price of the relevant goods.
- Please note that minor imperfections and irregularities in this item are inherent and desirable characteristics of a genuine handcrafted product and should not be considered as defects. Moreover, any minor non-visible or non-noticeable press on metal or chip on glass unless it is affecting the structural integrity of the product, shall not be considered as defect.
- Please note that all our products are imported items, the replacement parts can take 1-4 weeks to arrive depending on the availability of part with us and in the factory.
- Regarding any damaged during freight, we would need the pictures and in some cases the damaged part itself to cover the relevant insurance.
- If we have agreed to replace or repair any part and customer wish the full refund then it will be taken as change of mind after cool down period and a restocking fee of 20% shall be applied on sale price of the relevant goods.
